We are committed to conducting our business with honesty, integrity, high ethical and legal standards, and with common felt respect in all of our business dealings in order to uphold Al-Yamama Company’s values in which all of our employees, customers, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders are able and encouraged to raise concerns regarding actual or suspected unethical, unlawful and or undesirable conduct so that reported issues can be appropriately and quickly mitigated.

We at Al Yamama Company will solidly and proudly stand behind our employees and other stakeholders and protect their identity who may report their concerns freely and without fear of retaliation or intimidation. Retaliation against any of our stakeholders’ who in good faith reports a concern to the company about any illegal or unethical conduct will not be tolerated. whistleblower who believes he/she is being retaliated against, must report to the Legal departments.

Al-Yamama Company will surely address any complaints of interference, retaliation, threats, pressure or intimidation against whitsleblowers who in decent intentions report, or disclose possible improper or illegal activities. Al-Yamama Company will protect those who come forward to report such activities.

It is a breach of the Al-Yamama Company Code of Conduct, Compliance and Business Ethics to fail to report a violation or suspected violation that employees and other stakeholders know about or to refuse to collaborate with the investigation when required.
