Scope of Work:

1) Site preparation works of approximately 2 Million M² including demolition and relocation of underground electrical, communication, and other non-electrical utilities including RTR pipes, demolition of Soccer field and floodlights, Roads Works.

2) Cutting: 1,100,000 Mᶟ.
3) Filling: 1.800,000 Mᶟ.
4) Construction of Asphalted roads with solar lighting and perimeter fence of Approximately 12 kilometers as follow:
     • Heavy Hauling Construction Access Asphalted Roads with a length of 8 KM.
     • Internal Asphalted roads network with a length of 20 KM and general site leveling and rough grading.
5) Soil Type: Hard Rock and Hard Marl and select filling.
6) It includes temporary management of the Dhahran storm drainage area like creating new evaporation bonds, temporary culverts, and open concrete storm channels.
7) Construction of Groundwater monitoring well.
8) Construction of Approximately 500 Sq. Meters Pre-engineered Building for SAMSO.
9) Construction of approximately 3800 Sq. Meters of Prefabricated offices with complete operation and maintenance for 3 years.
