Scope of work: 

The town was developed with a vision for the future where the project was implemented in a model way as a civilized, cultural and social center to attract tourists and investments. The project included a number of landmarks that provide multiple cultural and tourism services to serve the residents and visitors of the region.

From the heritage and historical architecture of Qatif, the project was inspired by the designs of the buildings, to embrace the legacy of the past, the beauty of the present, and the vision of the future.

Several elements were used in the exterior design, such as historical towers, existing water eyes which were connected to each other by channels mimicking the canals used in the past to irrigate farms, and a cultural center was established that will be a scientific area, along with the popular market and 94 thousand square meters of gardens And the parks. In addition to recreation sessions and activities, children's playgrounds, and outdoor walkways.
