Scope of work: 

• Site preparation works.           
• Earth works (4) million square meters. 
• Buildings and facilities, (82) buildings, including (Information Center, Communication Center for the whole project, Operations Building  including the main control rooms in the entire Refinery and  Operations Management Systems, Distribution Systems, Tetra Communication Systems and Security Systems, Central Research Lab Building, Central Workshop Buildings). 
• The construction of other buildings as the clinic, the administrative buildings, the kitchen and the mosque, firefighting systems with a length of 12 km, sewer facilities with a length of 6 km, rain drainage, pump stations, medium and power cables with a length of 56 km, optical fibers with a length of 21 km, communication tower with a height of 60 m for Tetra system connections, asphalt roads, parking lots, and site landscaping).
