Scope of work: 

 First: (Phases 1, 3, 4) 

• The construction of (30) residential buildings for students of precast concrete, including a ground floor and two floors. Each building includes (84) bedrooms, with a construction area of ​​(3720) m2, for each building. 
• The construction of (6) sitting rooms for students with an area of (691) m2. 
• The construction of (3) mosques with an area of (742) m2. 
• Development works for the general site of student housing for all phases. 
• External and internal works (walkway, sidewalks, sewage openings, paving roads, car park shades, fence, steel fence, services, pay TV, playground, water supply, fire alarm and firefighting system, rain drainage network, sewage network, medium and low voltage distribution networks, telephone network). 

 Second: The Fifth Phase 

• The construction of (9) residential buildings for students of precast concrete, including a ground floor and two floors. Each building includes (84) bedrooms, with a construction area of (5000) m2 for each building. 
• The construction of (3) sitting rooms for students. 
• The construction of chiller buildings of ready mix concrete.              
• The construction of (3) parking buildings, each building consists of (5) floors with an area of (4000) m2 for each building.
• The capacity of each building is (1000) cars, using electronic access control devices.
