Scope of work: 

The construction of the main building, consisting of (3) floors, as well as supporting facilities such as the power substation, pump room, test and start-up, including site development, has a total construction area of (13.193) square meters. 

• The ground floor includes a lobby, a hall for 200 people, (22) discussion rooms, a prayer hall and a cafeteria. 
• The first floor includes discussion rooms, offices, and telecommunications room and information technology laboratories. 
• The second floor includes the administrative and specialized offices, meeting room, and library. 
• The building includes (4) main elevators, service elevator, two small elevators, open and shaded parking lots for up to (100) vehicles. 
• The building includes the latest management and security systems (CCTV, entry and exit control system, lighting management system programming, firefighting system, audiovisual conference system, fiber optic data network and telecommunications system).
