ABUSE REPORRING POLICY

We strongly support and protect the identity of whistleblowers to encourage free and fearless reporting, without fear of retaliation or intimidation. Retaliation against any stakeholder for reporting concerns in good faith will not be tolerated, and any incidents should be reported to the legal department.This policy covers various communications, including suspected theft or fraud, threats to safety, and other misconduct that may violate our Code of Conduct, Compliance, and Business Ethics. Failure to report violations or cooperate with investigations is considered a breach of our policies and may result in disciplinary action.Concerns must be reported in good faith, and making false or malicious accusations under this policy is prohibited. This policy encompasses illegal activities, breaches of confidentiality, financial fraud, health and safety violations, conflicts of interest, or actions detrimental to the reputation of Al Yamama Group.We encourage stakeholders to access this policy at any time for guidance and support.
